How to use

Step 1: Choose a Life Cycle Mat
Pick one mat, like “Butterfly” or “Tree.” Place it flat on the table. Each mat shows empty numbered spots.
Step 2: Lay Out the Stage Cards
Spread out the small cards showing each stage of the life cycle (e.g., egg, caterpillar, chrysalis, butterfly).
Step 3: Match and Stick
Ask your child to look at the cards and place them in the correct order using the numbers on the mat. Stick them on with Velcro.
Step 4: Talk About the Changes
As they match, describe what’s happening:
– “First, a seed is planted.”
– “Next, it grows roots and becomes a sprout.”
– “Then, it turns into a full-grown tree!”

The butterfly one was easy, but other cycles needed more explanation
